Pink Antler Table Setting

For a dinner party I used pink antlers, potted paperwhites, candles & moss.
Just had to paint the pots white.

Velvet pumpkins as a place card holder with my son's name on it.
Peeking out is the Pierre Frey fabric on the chairs.

Love the numbers on the napkins!

Velvet pumpkins!

Adore the potted paperwhites!

The paperwhites stand at attention.

Beautiful blossoms!
They last for at least a week.

The smell from these paperwhites are wonderful!

Wonderful pink Lucite antlers, candles & moss.

With candles lit, the table looks divine, if I must say so.

Here you get a good look at the napkins with the embroidered numbers on them.
I adore this table setting!
Tell me what you think of it, dear readers
I value all of your comments.
Till we meet again...

Love,

Peggy

2 Table Settings for the Holidays

Blue & White

These ladies are my favorite candle sticks.
They were given to me on a birthday.
I have never seen others like them.
Look!
Don't they have the sweetest faces.

I used these lovely wine bottle jackets as a napkin holder.
You can use anything you have.

Tiny gifts!
Always a sure bet + an ice breaker at each person's plate.

Salt and pepper at each place.

You don't have to have flowers!
I often use greenery from around my home.
Anything that will hold water can be used as a vase/container.

Candlelight flatters everyone!

Chinese baby shoes were also a gift to me.
I adore them.

I love to use different glasses on the table.
Always have red & white wine + red & white glasses on the table.
You can never guess what someone prefers.

Blue & White

Another setting for a dinner party using antlers.

Grandmother, Ruby, made this tablecloth.
It is so beautiful.  Aren't I lucky?

I like to mix china pieces & silver together.

I keep a bag of moss handy for those times when I need something.

Candle light never fails to make one look divine.

Those antlers are a treasure.

The BIG napkins have monogrammed numbers!

Look at the puppets that hang in my dining room. That's for another post...

And above it all, a chandelier brings light.
You bring the love & joy!

Happy table settings, dear readers!

Just remember,
make it simple and be the wonderfully creative beings you all are.
Others will adore you for it.

Love,

Peggy

Dinner Party

Between Christmas and New Years-what is that week? I like to say goodbye to the old year & Hello to the New Year-what better way than a tiny dinner party!

Jade plant for luck and white roses just because they were lovely

Napkins(big)monogrammed with numbers - don't ask? but I have a passion for numbers & letters so these in the shop are monogrammed-lucky napkins they found a new home this week-

but for now the table was set in the shop Braswell

Wonderful glasses-(mixed) because that includes a little bit of everyone's taste
-a little bit of this and a little bit of that-from mom and grandmother or just odd glasses picked up along the way

And with some lovely animals-the table is set at BRASWELL ready for dear guest to arrive!
