What's In Your Bookcase?

Bookcases have always been a favorite feature in a home for me.
What better way to display books & art & a little bit of this and that .

I always marvel at how they are styled.

Books are so interesting!
Chanel thought so...

Love the niche for the sofa with bookcases around them.
And they are red!

This is another interesting way to display books.

I can just imagine curling up in those chairs with a good book from those
charming bookcases.

Bookcases on either side of the fireplace are always cozy.

Wallpapered bookcases around a door!
 Adore that look.

Banquets form the base of the wonderful bookcases.

Bookcases and cabinets make this room cozy.

OH, how I love these bookcases!

 The big map is wonderful.

Isn't this just grand?

A secret doorway!

Love that one also...

Above a door we find pictures and hats, surrounding the doorway in a bookcase.
Dear readers,

tell me which one of these is your favorite?

Love,

Peggy

I found a book that was signed and given to me by the incredibly talented fashion illustrator Antonio Lopez. The book is called Antonio's Girls(1982).

as I had not looked at it for some time,I started to flip through the pages + was amazed with the body of work he produced.
