London Christmas Lights 

Who knew blogging would bring me so much joy + many new friends.
I must admit I was dragged kicking & screaming into the blogging world-and now I treasure all my new blog friends!

Rainbow over Los Angeles, CA

Rain clouds over LA?!?????? the storm is on it's way - we had 7 days of hard rain + thunder &  lighting  

"it never rains in sunny CA"- you're kidding!

and on Dec. 22 after all the rain, this Rainbow appeared
in front of BRASWELL's

Thank god the rain stopped just in time for the holidays!

FRENCH ESSENCE- Vicki Archer

 In the blog  French Essence by Vicki Archer, I won a giveaway, this glorious book of Vicki's.  -isn't that exciting-for me it was beyond the beyond and to top it all off it came on 12/ 22/ 2010. What a great Christmas sussy.

Walking in London Part II

This is part II of the walking tour I took of London in November. It was before Thanksgiving and the Christmas Lights were all up.
London was looking very festive. 
Take a look.

The double decker bus is so cool don't you think so - It was getting dark so I took the bus.

Look at all these lights.

Amazing lights.

This was a Christmas tree on Kings Road.

These are windows that were dressed up for Christmas.

They had little mushrooms all over the floor.

And the dining table covered in tin is similar to the one we have at BRASWELL's.

It was getting really dark when I took this picture-you can see the Union Jack chair peaking around the corner.

And....there is the bus to pick me up+Happy Holidays to all of you!

London's Chinatown

The one place I want to go in every city I visit? 
China Town...

The Golden Dragon is a restaurant - Very good I ate here.

OK  this looks like chicken feet-not for me! but the Chinese love them.

We're getting ready for Christmas at BRASWELL's. We put the tree in a French urn-
I think it is a beautiful shape...what do you think?
